Glassware products on this site are designed, manufactured and sold as studio made glass artwork sculptures, used and intended to be used in the field of aromatherapy. The lawful and proper use of any Glassware or Accessory is a required condition of sale.
By purchasing any of these devices you are representing that you are 18 years of age or older, and that you agree to follow the instructions contained herein and in any accompanying literature.
The improper use of these devices may void any applicable warranty. Any illegal use of this device could subject the user to severe fines, penalties and/or imprisonment.
The products we sell are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, mitigate, cure or prevent any ailment, disease or other conditions. The products we sell are not intended to administer medicinal or illegal products of any kind and is not intended for use with any substance that may affect the structure or any function of the body. The products we sell are not designed, nor intended for use with any material that is not lawful, allergenic, or poisonous or may cause harm. The products we sell are not smoking cessation devices.
Since many plants, botanicals and oils are toxic or poisonous, only legal, safe, known, identifiable and commercially developed and marketed essential oils, or botanicals should be used in any device purchased form this website. Keep these devices and all aromatherapy products out of the reach of children. Study this information, the product instructions, and all of the accompanying literature before using any oil or botanical.

For the price to be considered genuine:
The item must be in stock and ready to ship at the time of purchase.
The item must be identical (ie same model).
The price matched must include delivery.
The other seller must be a UK-based VAT registered business selling direct to customers (no auction or marketplace retailers).
The seller must be authorized by the manufacturer. Unauthorized sales do not include the manufacturer’s warranty, and therefore we are not able to match these prices. To find out if a stockist is authorized, please contact the manufacturer of the product and ask them.

We dispatch orders every day, Monday – Friday. Orders must be placed by 3pm to be dispatched the same day.

Complaints Procedure
Patient Number Zero takes its relationships with customers very seriously, and we expend a great deal of effort ensuring that we keep you happy. We aim to reply to emails within one working day of receipt, whether they’re enquiries or, heaven forbid, complaints. All your feedback is always appreciated.

We are a VAT registered business. Our VAT Registration number is 314509522 Please note that as we’re based in the UK, our site shows all prices inclusive of VAT. Registered website customers from countries where VAT is not applicable will not be charged VAT at the time of their order unless the order is being sent to a UK or EU address.
Privacy Policy
If you have bought something from us we will have your email address, phone number, and address. If you choose to deliver items to a third-party (such as a friend) we will have their name and address. Information is only used to help us deliver the parcels and contact you.
We also maintain an order history of your purchases. This allows you and us to track your deliveries and review your past purchases. We store this information indefinitely for the purposes of internal record keeping. We also collect information of a general nature about how many ‘hits’ our website gets, and we monitor the site traffic patterns. Our site also uses ‘cookies’.
Cookies
Cookies are small amounts of data sent to your web browser by a webserver. They cannot harm your machine in any way as they are small textfiles with simple information in them. You can see them as small textfiles inside your ‘Temporary Internet Files’ folder in Windows.
You may experience problems with our site when you try to buy items. These are usually to do with how you have set up your security settings in your web browser.
If you have set your Security Settings in Internet Explorer to ‘high’ you have disabled cookies. Our site uses cookies to provide some features such as the Shopping Cart and My Account. To use the site you will need to set the security level for the internet to Medium (under Tools/Internet Options). This is for “Safe browsing but still functional”.
What we do with your information
We NEVER exchange, sell or otherwise give away your email address to other companies. Your email address is used solely by yourself, for purposes of logging into your account, and us for emailing you regarding your orders and to update you with our newsletter. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties
Cancellation Policy
If you contact us after making an order and before we have dispatched your order, we will cancel the order and refund your payment in full immediately. If we have already dispatched your order at the time of cancellation, we will ask you to return the items unused as soon as possible by registered mail. Upon receipt of these items, provided they are unused and in perfect condition with their undamaged original packaging, we will refund your payment in full. We are unable to reimburse you for the cost of returning such items to us.
Returns Policy
If you believe the item you have ordered is faulty or defective in some way you must return it to us within 30 days for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund. Glass or quartz items should be thoroughly inspected for damage or defects within 48 hours of receipt, as these items cannot be returned once used. Items ordered in error will only be refunded at the discretion of the management.
Patient Number Zero cannot accept returns of non-faulty items that have been used by the customer. You are entitled to inspect all goods upon receipt, and to handle them in the same way that you might handle goods in a physical shop prior to purchase. If goods don’t meet your satisfaction and are in their original, unused condition, they can be returned for a full refund. If you load a product with herbs or concentrates, or use it to heat herbs or concentrates, it is then considered “used” and cannot be returned. Similarly if you break the seal on a consumable product, this is considered “used” and cannot be returned. This does not affect your right to return faulty goods for servicing or replacement.
Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
At Patient Number Zero we take our relationship with our customers very seriously. If you encounter any issue with any of our products, we will personally handle your warranty claim on your behalf, and will work as hard as we can to ensure your satisfaction.
Returns
How do I return an item? Simply email us at info@patientnumberzero.com to let us know why you are returning the item and to receive details of where to send the item.
Faulty or defective items
It is your responsibility as the customer to thoroughly check each item that you order from us upon receipt, and to report any breakages or damage in transit within 48 hours of the package being delivered. Glass or quartz items should be thoroughly inspected for damage or defects within 48 hours of receipt, as these items cannot be returned once used. We will replace any items reported as broken or damaged in transit so long as we are notified within 48 hours of the package being delivered. We are unable to replace items or refund payments for items that are not reported as broken or damaged in transit within 48 hours of the package being delivered.
If you return an item because of an error on our part, or it is defective, we will happily refund your costs in returning it to us. The item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Under the European Distance Selling Regulations (DSRs), customers in the European Union that cancel a contract for purchase of an item(s) within 14 days of receipt of their order will receive a refund for the cost of the item(s) and the cost of sending the item to you, provided that the entire order is being returned. If the item(s) returned is part of a larger order, then no delivery charge is refunded. Where we collect an item from you, we reserve the right to recover the costs of collection from you.
Items lost in transit
We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit: as you are responsible for returning the item(s) to us, we recommend sending the package by Recorded/Special Delivery.
Refunds, replacement and exchanges
Refunds, replacements or exchanges are usually processed within 7 working days of receipt of the returned item(s) by PatientNumberZero.com. Any refund will be made in the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase.
Please note, in all instances Patient Number Zero shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses, including but not limited to lost profits or other economic or commercial losses. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
All items returned as faulty must be confirmed as faulty before a refund is given. No refund will be given if the item was damaged by wear and tear, an accident or misuse. Equally, No refund will be given if you knew about the fault before you bought the item or you’ve just changed your mind.
Refusal of Transaction
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at anytime and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this website whether or not that product has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 usually takes under 5 days for delivery to the UK, though it can take up to 15 working days in extreme cases of postal delays. We ask for your patience in these instances.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 usually takes under 3 days for delivery to the UK, though it can take up to 15 working days in extreme cases of postal delays. We ask for your patience in these instances.
Royal Mail Special Delivery (Guaranteed by 1pm) is normally delivered the day after dispatch, though occasional delays can occur, and we ask for your patience in these instances.
Royal Mail International Shipping can take anything from 3 to 20 working days for delivery.
Please ensure that somebody is available to sign for the package at the delivery address. If there is nobody available to sign, you will usually receive a card with details of where to collect your package, or how to arrange redelivery. If you do not collect it within two weeks of the first delivery attempt (or one week for international shipments) it may be returned to us, at the customer’s cost. If your package is returned to us due to nobody being available to sign for it, or because the customer supplied us with incorrect address details, we will have to charge a re-delivery fee.
Customs and Import fees for International Customers
International customers may be charged import duties, taxes and administration fees by the shipping agent and/or customs service in their own country. These fees are charged independently from Patient Number Zero, and are not included in our shipping and handling fees. These are the responsibility of the customer, and you will be contacted directly by customs or local shipping agent to arrange payment before delivery of your order.
Any contract formed between Patient Number Zero and you will be governed and interpreted exclusively by the laws of England and Wales.
The technical steps required to create the contract between you and us are as follows:
- You place the order for your products on the website by pressing the “submit” button at the end of the check-out process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the website.
- We will send to you an Order Confirmation email detailing the products you have ordered. This is not an acceptance from Patientnumberzero.com
- At the same time as your product is shipped from our location will send you a despatch confirmation.
- Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following reasons:
- The product(s) you ordered being unavailable from stock
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
- The identification of a pricing, product or offer description error
- You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria as set out below
