We ship every day from Monday-Friday to anywhere in the UK or Europe. For shipping outside of Europe please contact us directly.
If you place your order before 1pm it will be dispatched the same day. Any orders received after 1pm are processed and sent the following day.
If you order from us on a weekend or public holiday you order will be shipped the next working day.
All delivery charges are calculated according to the weight of the product.
Patient Zero offers free shipping in the UK for all orders. Orders over £50 are sent 1st Class Recorded Delivery.
If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address or no one in to receive then reship costs will be paid by the buyer in order for a reshipment to take place.
We ask in the first instance that you contact us at email@example.com.
It is your responsibility as a customer to make sure you are happy with your purchase and to thoroughly check each item that you have bought from our site and to report any breakages or damages within 48 hours of receiving the item.
We will happily replace any items reported broken or damaged in transit if we have been notified within this time frame.
We are happy to offer returns and refunds for any purchases returned to us in perfect condition with all unopened packaging within 7 days of the customer receiving them excluding glassware sales.
Unfortunately we are unable to replace or refund any purchases that are reported after this 7 day window. Any prior arrangement must be made and agreed by Patient Zero before returning the item to us.
We are unable to accept returns on any items deemed to be used or opened.
If you are returning an item to us due to a confirmed error on our part, or the item is proved to be defective than we are happy to refund the cost of shipping back to you for the specified amount.
All refunds, replacements and exchanges are usually processed within 7 working days but maybe longer due to stock issues if replacing an item. In all instances Patient Zero are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages or expenses, including but not limited to lost profits or other economic or commercial losses. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
Patient Zero will take no responsibility for packages lost or damaged in transit when being sent or being returning to us, we recommend using a recorded or special delivery service when sending items back to us and send all items insured to the value of the contents.
